Birthday Party Packages

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here are a few things to know before booking.

 

Booking Your Party

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your remaining balance, along with your final child numbers, is due 7 days before your party.

 

Party Times

 

Parties are available every Saturday and Sunday at the following times:

 

• Morning Party – 9:00am–11:00am

• Afternoon Party – 1:30pm–3:30pm

 

Capacity

 

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, and in line with our insurance, our maximum party capacity is:

 

• 15 walking children (up to 7 years old), plus

• ⁠Up to 5 additional non-walking babies.

 

Please note that non-walking babies are welcome to attend but are not included within our party packages and will not be catered for.

 

Adult Guests

 

We don’t require final adult numbers as our party packages are designed for children. We currently have seating for approximately 20 adults, so please bear this in mind when inviting guests.

 

Parents and carers are, of course, very welcome to purchase food and drinks from the café while the children play.

 

Decorating

 

You’re welcome to bring balloons and decorations to personalise your celebration. Please note that your 2-hour hire includes both set-up and tidy-up time, so any decorating and clearing away must take place within your booked party slot.

 

Final Numbers

 

Your final child numbers and any dietary requirements must be confirmed 7 days before your party, as we begin preparing food, party bags and personalised items after this point.
